How creating a header bidding library under budget and time constraints can be a success

We built a crossfunctional team based in Romania to work with in-house engineers based in Germany on a revolutionary library for header bidding. With good communication across the board and quick integration at team level and tool level, we managed to complete the library according to specifications three weeks ahead of schedule and well within budget.

Delivering a size-sensitive library to thousands of devices is a tricky endeavour. Relying on in-house engineers and their cloud expertise as well as integrating Romania based colleagues on key decisions, we managed cloud solutions to test and incrementally push the library out to consumers.
